Comments

Posting a blog comment requires Google sign-in. You remain responsible for your comment and confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant Anyitan permission to store, review, reproduce, and display an approved comment as part of the related article discussion. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, promotional, private, credential, payment-card, medical, or other unnecessarily sensitive information.

New comments are held for review. We may approve, reject, hide, or remove a comment to protect readers, prevent spam, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Submission does not guarantee publication, a response, or continued availability. The public page displays the commenter name and approved text, not the account email address.

Availability

The site will try to remain accessible, but continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

Paid digital services

If an Anyitan product links to these terms while offering a paid plan, the price, billing period, taxes, seller or merchant of record, renewal terms, and payment provider are shown before checkout. Checkout may be provided by Waffo Pancake or another provider identified before purchase; when Waffo Pancake is shown as merchant of record, its buyer-facing payment, tax, receipt, refund, and dispute terms also apply to that transaction. Recurring plans renew for the displayed period until canceled through the provider portal when available or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access active through the current paid period. Product-specific terms control if they differ from this section.

Any1Tan Founder Lifetime Pass

The Any1Tan Founder Lifetime Pass is a one-time main-site membership, not a subscription to one plugin. It includes Pro use of first-party browser plugins explicitly listed in the membership catalog, updates released while those eligible plugins remain maintained, paid tutorials included in the member library, and VIP member-community access. Priority support, Any1Tan Knowledge Planet membership, and a fair-use hosted AI quota are included for the first 12 months only. One editorial guest article or member case study is included once, subject to editorial approval; paid or promotional outbound links use rel="sponsored", and indexing, traffic, authority, or rankings are not guaranteed.

“Lifetime” means the supported lifetime of each eligible product. It is not a promise of perpetual operation, unlimited compute, third-party API or model costs, custom development, managed services, or a fixed future release schedule. The personal membership is limited to the purchasing member on up to three personal devices and may not be resold or shared. Products are not included merely because they use the Any1Tan brand; the current catalog and redemption terms are published on the membership page.

Creem is the payment provider for this membership and is identified at checkout. Membership is activated only after a server-verified payment event, not by a browser redirect. A full refund, chargeback, or confirmed fraud revokes the related membership entitlement. A partial refund requires manual review and does not silently change access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund policy

For a first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days if the paid benefit has not been materially consumed. For a first one-time digital purchase, the request window is 14 calendar days on the same condition. We also refund verified duplicate charges and may provide a refund, service extension, or credit for a verified service failure that prevents meaningful paid use. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable after the renewed period begins, but an unused renewal reported within 48 hours will be reviewed fairly. Send the account email, order or transaction ID, and reason to [email protected]; never send a full card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider, whose settlement may take five to ten business days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site, digital products, generated content, reports, previews, and exports are provided “as is” and “as available.” They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, incompatible, or unsuitable and are not legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, security, or other professional advice. Verify important information and review generated content before relying on or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, or lost-data damages. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

Breach, suspension, and termination

You are responsible for your inputs, use, publication decisions, and losses or third-party claims caused by unlawful or unauthorized activity. We may warn, limit features, remove access, suspend service, or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, non-payment, infringement, platform abuse, or a legal requirement, acting immediately where necessary to protect users, the service, or a third party. Refunds after enforcement follow the refund policy and mandatory law; consumed service is not refunded solely because access was terminated for breach. You may cancel recurring service as described above and request account closure by email. If we terminate prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion where applicable.
