This policy applies to the any1tan journal at any1tan.com and to an any1tan product that links to this page instead of publishing a more specific privacy policy. A product-specific policy controls where it describes a different data flow.
The content site records basic security and server logs such as request time, visited route, browser type, approximate network information, and IP address. Optional product accounts store an email address, display name, authentication records, product-scoped entitlements, support messages, and public product profiles that the user chooses to save.
Blog comments require Google sign-in. For this feature, we process the linked account identifier, display name, authentication record, comment text, article and language reference, moderation status, and timestamps needed to prevent abuse, review the submission, and publish an approved comment. The public comment area shows the display name and approved comment, not the account email address. Google processes the sign-in under its own terms and privacy policy.
Browser-first tools keep their stated settings, drafts, images, or project data on the device unless the user deliberately enables a hosted feature. When a hosted AI or API feature is requested, only the inputs described on that product page are sent to the configured service provider for that request. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, API keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or support messages.
If a paid checkout is offered, the checkout identifies the price, taxes, billing period, payment provider, and seller or merchant of record. Payment is handled by Waffo Pancake, PayPal, Creem, or another provider displayed before purchase. When Waffo Pancake is shown as merchant of record, it processes the buyer information required for payment, tax, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes under its own privacy terms.
any1tan products do not store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive and retain the account link, provider, order or transaction identifier, product or plan, amount, currency, timestamps, payment status, refund or chargeback status, and subscription or entitlement lifecycle needed to deliver and reconcile the purchase. Never email a full card number.
For the any1tan Founder Lifetime Pass, Creem handles checkout and the payment data required for the transaction under the terms displayed at checkout. any1tan receives only the membership account link and the limited order, product, amount, currency, transaction, invoice, payment-status, refund, chargeback, and signed-webhook records needed to verify and deliver access. We also record the resulting plugin, tutorial, VIP community, first-year service, Knowledge Planet, hosted-AI quota, and editorial-benefit eligibility or redemption status. Private community and Knowledge Planet invitation links are not published as account data.
The membership entitlement endpoint is authenticated and same-origin. A plugin uses the central membership status only after a separate, audited account-link flow is available; membership data is not automatically shared with every product carrying the any1tan name.
Authentication and core product features use strictly necessary cookies or local storage.
Public pages on this host load Google AdSense with publisher ID ca-pub-4094085184709048, except invitation pages that omit the script. AdSense sets cookies and collects device and usage data to select and measure ads. A deployment also loads configured analytics or infrastructure providers when those services are enabled, for aggregate usage, security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Visits on pages that load AdSense or analytics are tracked by those providers. This policy does not claim that browsing is untracked.
We do not sell personal information or use payment data for advertising. External AI, payment, hosting, email, advertising, and analytics providers process the data sent to them under their own terms and retention rules.
Local data remains until the user clears it or removes the relevant extension or app. Account, comment, moderation, entitlement, transaction, support, security, and signed payment-event records are retained only as needed to provide the service, keep published discussions available, prevent abuse, meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and resolve refunds or disputes. They are then deleted, anonymized, or archived where the law requires continued retention.
We use HTTPS, product-scoped access controls, server-only provider credentials, and signed payment-event verification where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection where applicable law provides those rights. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained after account deletion for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Paid services and account features are intended for users who can legally enter the relevant agreement, and not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable minimum age. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
