Service
XReplyGen is a Chrome extension and companion website for drafting user-reviewed replies and localizing user-entered text on X.com and Twitter.com. It does not auto-post, like, follow, overwrite, or send replies on behalf of users.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any generated draft. Generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular context. Product mentions must truthfully disclose the user’s relationship where required and must not be presented as an independent customer endorsement.
Accounts, billing, and cancellation
Hosted trial and paid checkout are not currently offered on this deployment. Free BYOK requires a compatible model provider selected and configured by the user. If a hosted trial or paid plan is later introduced, its eligibility, allowance, price, billing period, taxes, seller or merchant of record, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before activation or purchase.
Refund policy
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of the first XReplyGen subscription charge if the paid benefit has not been materially consumed. We also refund verified duplicate charges and may provide a refund, service extension, or credit for a verified XReplyGen outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable after the renewed period begins, but an unused renewal reported within 48 hours will be reviewed fairly. Email [email protected] from the account address with the order or transaction ID and reason; never send a full card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider, whose bank or card settlement may take five to ten business days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use XReplyGen for spam, repetitive or unsolicited bulk replies, irrelevant promotion, harassment, impersonation, misleading engagement, platform abuse, or activity that violates X/Twitter rules or applicable law. Product mention mode is not a guarantee against enforcement.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or become unavailable due to browser, platform, model provider, payment provider, or infrastructure changes. We may update features and pricing over time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
XReplyGen is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, infringing, or unsuitable, and are not legal, financial, medical, employment, moderation, or other professional advice. You must verify and review every draft before relying on or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, or lost-data damages. Our aggregate liability arising from XReplyGen will not exceed the amount you paid for XReplyGen during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
Breach, suspension, and termination
You are responsible for your inputs, generated drafts, disclosures, publication decisions, and losses or third-party claims caused by unlawful or unauthorized use. We may remove access, limit generation, suspend service, or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, spam or platform abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a legal requirement. We may act immediately where needed to protect users, the service, or a third party. Refunds after enforcement follow the refund policy and mandatory law; consumed service is not refunded solely because access was terminated for breach. You may cancel a subscription as described above and may request account closure by emailing [email protected]. If we terminate prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion where applicable.
