What XReplyGen does
XReplyGen helps users draft replies inside X.com and Twitter.com and localize text they have already typed. It reads visible post context only when the user requests a reply draft. For translation, it reads only the source text already typed in the active composer and the explicitly selected target language after the user clicks Localize.
Data handling
The extension does not sell personal data, scrape cookies, or collect browsing history. Free-plan provider API keys, generated-draft history, the synced public product-profile library, and the local product-mention ledger are stored in browser extension storage on the user device. The product backend stores the connected account’s public promotion-ready profiles so XReplyGen, RedditReplyGen, and BinanceReplyGen can return the same catalog after account verification. The ledger records first use, helpful insertions, product-mention insertions, and the last mention time to enforce the 7-day, 9-draft, 10%, and 72-hour limits; source post text is not stored. If hosted or Pro service is later offered, its service credentials remain on the server and are never sent to the extension.
Third-party processors
Free BYOK sends the inputs needed for the requested reply or translation directly to the HTTPS OpenAI-compatible model provider chosen by the user. If hosted or Pro service is later offered, reply context and permitted preferences may be sent to xreplygen.any1tan.com and its configured model provider only to create the requested editable result. For an eligible Pro product mention, those preferences can include the product name, description, URL as reference only, and the truthful relationship disclosure; generated mentions cannot include the URL. Translation ignores all promotion inputs. If checkout is later offered, the payment provider, seller or merchant of record, price, taxes, renewal, and refund terms will be identified before purchase. XReplyGen never receives or stores a full card number or card security code.
Billing records and data rights
XReplyGen may store the account link, provider, order or transaction identifier, product or plan, amount, currency, timestamps, verified payment status, refund or chargeback status, and subscription or entitlement lifecycle needed to deliver and reconcile paid access. It does not sell personal information or use billing data for advertising. Where applicable law provides these rights, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection by email. Some transaction and security records may need to remain after account closure for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, or dispute purposes.
Retention and deletion
Local extension data remains until the user clears it or uninstalls the extension. Account, public product-profile, entitlement, support, security, and signed payment-event records are retained only as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and resolve refunds or payment disputes; they are then deleted, anonymized, or archived where the law requires continued retention. Users may request account and product-profile deletion by email. Paid and account features are not intended for children under 13.
